Super value and packed with Information

So you think you know something about UFOs?
You'll be much more informed after reading this book - it's packed with up-to-date, well researched and fascinating information on just about every aspect of the UFO mystery. From George Adamski to Billy Meier; from Betty Hill to Travis Walton - whether it's Abductions, advanced technology, UFO propulsion systems, Alien Races or just famous (and not-so-famous) sightings, this book has it all.
I have been a serious student of the UFO phenomenon for over 10 years. I came across the "Total Novice's Guide to UFOs" at the International UFO Congress and Film Festival held in Fountain Hills, Arizona in February 2011. I figured I didn't have much need for a "Novice's Guide" - boy, was I wrong. This book is much more than that - it's an encyclopedia on UFOs and everything about them. It goes well beyond the basic information that one finds on the internet or the few lines mentioned in most books - and the vast number of subjects covered are supplemented with hundreds of full color photos and images.
I have too many books on UFOs to count - but the "Total Novice's Guide to UFOs" is now my favorite GO TO book whenever I find something I want to double-check, or just want to refresh on a certain UFO topic. ...You won't be disappointed.

If you wanted to know the truth about UFOs FAST,
this is definitely the book to read.
It is the best book that I have come across that tells the whole story in a clear, truthful, simple manner. It is an easy read, logical, gives sources, has excellent pictures and layout. It is an above average quality produced book in terms of paper and photos.
I have been immersed in the UFO field for many years and have read many books and listened to many speakers on the subject. This book is surely the best for a novice; it also has unexpected little tidbits here and there for others who are more advanced in this field.
Libraries should carry this title as it is a basic source book for the UFO field.

EXCELLENT book, found new information in here not found elsewhere

This is a nicely produced book. When the package arrived, it was amazingly heavy - because this book is made with quality paper and covers a lot of information, so has a lot of page.
I've listened to hundreds of hours of podcasts on the topic of UFOs, some of which focused specifically on certain incidents, or people, or areas. I had no idea that the very region I live in has associations with the UFO topic and was surprised to read information I had never heard of.
I had read some snarky comments on Youtube below a very interesting and lengthy interview the author gave. It is a mystery to me why people are so nasty. Apparently they are even more expert than the author, thus their disdain for the book for "Total Novices" . . . but, this book covers a lot . . . and the illustrations and photographs are wonderful. Please find the interviews the author gave - they are very good.
Also, the price for this book at OC (Orange County) MUFON is the normal amount. It seems to be strangely inflated here, at this date, and hopefully will be reasonably marked in the future.
