An invaluable guide and profound introduction

This book contains writings from Sri Aurobindo and The Mother on various topics related to yoga. I found this book to be a superb introduction to meditation, particularly for one who is looking for detailed and profound information about this path. Along with containing writings on various methods one can use to practice meditation, it also includes useful information about the deeper philosophy of yoga. For example, the book contains valuable information about attitudes beneficial to yoga, personal growth, rebirth, and many other themes. Though I have read many books by Sri Aurobindo and the topic of yoga, in general, I found this book to be exceedingly informative and a very useful guide for my path. It greatly exceeded my expectation and gave my information I much needed to continue to progress.
